In-app purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not handle or store payment information directly. By making a purchase:

• You agree to the billing terms set by Google Play.
• All purchases are subject to Google Play’s refund and cancellation policies.
• Purchase status may be associated with your Google account to allow synchronization across devices.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described there.

5. Content Ownership and License

All content, features, and design elements in our apps are the intellectual property of the app developers unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the app without prior written permission.

6. Camera Access and Uploaded Media

Camera access is only activated in response to user actions (e.g., tapping a "Capture" or "Scan" button). In most cases, captured media is stored locally on your device.

Some features may allow you to send images or media to our servers or to our support team (e.g., for troubleshooting or cloud storage). By using such features, you agree not to submit sensitive, private, or confidential content, including personal identifiers or medical information, unless explicitly required and authorized.

You are solely responsible for any media you submit. We do not monitor uploaded content unless necessary for support, and we disclaim liability for any content you share.

7. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep the Services running smoothly. However, we may occasionally need to update, suspend, or discontinue functionality. We are not responsible for any resulting loss of access or data.

8. Children

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the app or submit any personal information.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
